HAFA ADAI, TERRITORY OF GUAM!
Much like Hawai'i, they say, but there's no two similar places on earth, right? Every place has its unique distinction, and Guam has its own.
This island, one of the unincorporated territories of the United States, is located in the western north Pacific Ocean, roughly four hours away from Philippines by plane.
It is the largest island in the Marianas Archipelago.
According to an article published in Mabuhay Magazine August 2012 issue, there are two sides of Guam:
1. A weekend retreat designed by and for the Japanese
2. A place bursting at the seams with culture, color and adventure

Philippines has more beaches and islands to brag but it is never a sin to visit a place other than your home. Plan the trip.
Just because I never have gone to Guam, articles from various websites/blogs written from people who did are of big help.
From them, I got an excellent idea on the top 3 must do while in the island!
1. Go Native
According to Mabuhay magazine, modesty sits at the core of the Chamorro culture, which is a blend of influences from Asia, the United States, Spain and Latin America.
Therefore, relive the history in Lina'la' Chamorro Cultural Park, Guam's "first and original Chamorro cultural theme park that recreates Chamorro life 500 years ago."
To better understand the culture, they say that you must, really must, visit the Chamorro Village not only to be educated more about the culture but to eat, shop and stay on a Wednesday for their famous night market.
Also, they say you need to visit:
2. Go "Beach- hopping"
A. With your lover (sorry single people), they say you must go to Two Lovers' Point to seal your love with Love Padlocks, or "love locks" which should be affixed onto bridges and fences.
The keys should be thrown in the ocean as a promise of everlasting love.
(Trivia: There is a similar tradition in Paris. They call it love lock bridge)
B. Go to Ypao Beach when with your family members, because they say you would find the most family adventures there.
C. Never miss Gun Beach.
Japanese left large guns during the World War II in the site that's why it was called that way.

D. Go to the Top 10 Snorkeling Spots in Guam
E. Lastly and most importantly, buy a map of Guam and visit all the possible beaches you want to go because it will take me forever if I put every Guam beach here.
3. Make the Best Out of Your Trip
